Advancement Department:

• Volunteer Docent – Leading tours of up to 10 people. Walking about campus for up to 2 hours (tours are usually 1:15, but could end earlier). Tours are Wednesdays at 10 am, docents should arrive by 9:30 am for traffic and early birds.
• Tour Scheduler – When a community member calls the college for a tour, we send to the Tour Scheduler to contact the community member about details, set the date, and communicate that with the Advancement Office and with the Docent Scheduler. This is a volunteer job done off campus; good phone skills, computer skills (email, spreadsheet), organization.
• Docent Scheduler – Schedules the Volunteer Docents. This is a volunteer job done off campus; good phone skills, computer skills (email, spreadsheet), organization.
