TOWN HALL 2020 Order Process

RCLA mails out brochure packets for the TOWN HALL 2020 Lecture Series over the summer. Current 2019 RCLA members were mailed during the first week of May 2019. Current non-members that subscribed to TOWN HALL last year, were mailed the first week of June 2019. All other tentative subscribers will be mailed during the first week of July. Orders must be mailed back in to the office with the form completed and a form of payment included.

As noted from the TOWN HALL 2019 stage and in the membership drive mailings, the pre-sale is only open to current RCLA members. (We are no longer accepting new memberships to RCLA, as the benefit to order during the pre-sale has passed.)

Please note that RCLA does not reserve seats in advance for the series. Seats that subscribers had the previous year are not held whether you are a member or not. All orders are processed and booked based on the postmark date of the mailing. This includes seating requests noted on order forms. Aisle seats, ADA seats, and seating closer to the front are very limited and normally sell out during the pre-sale for RCLA members.

We encourage you to reach out to the office with special requests, but kindly ask that you understand we have limited inventory available for seat assignments.


Official payment receipts and seating notifications will be emailed out to subscribers by September 1, 2019. Tickets will be mailed out in November, the week before Thanksgiving.
